Apabila peserta berbentuk KSO, pengalaman dapat dipenuhi secara kumulatif oleh anggota KSO, dan pengalaman pabrikan (manufacturer) merupakan persyaratan tersendiri terkait pengalaman manufaktur dan kapasitas teknis, sehingga tidak dapat digabungkan untuk menggantikan atau memenuhi kekurangan pengalaman kontrak peserta. Jika produsen bukanlah peserta tender, maka pengalamannya tidak dapat dijadikan acuan/diakui oleh peserta tender. Thank you for your question. If the bidder is a joint venture (KSO), the experience requirement may be met cumulatively by the members of the joint venture; however, the manufacturer’s experience constitutes a separate requirement regarding manufacturing experience and technical capacity, and therefore cannot be combined to substitute for or make up for the bidder’s lack of contract experience, and if the Manufacturer is not a bidder, then its experience cannot be cited by the Bidder. PUSKESMAS di daerah terpencil sering mengalami pemadaman listrik dan baterai alkaline memastikan alat tetap berfungsi tanpa bergantung pada arus listrik yang stabil untuk pengisian daya.
